Recommendation for TFT

Gentlemen,

I am looking for any TFT shields that work with the Firewing main development board.
I know some of the members have used them and written libraries for them.

So any recommendation for a particular TFT shield board would be welcomed.
Also a distributor for the shield as well.

In the article "http://www.firewing.info/pmwiki.php?n=FirewingUser.ColorTFT" is recommended by a shield IteadStudio.com mounting S6D1121 controller that uses the PIN as it is compatible with Firewing HW.
I inquired and they told me so..

Now my question is this: I found in the forum library for ILI9225 but nothing about dell'ILI9325 is something in the program either as a new library or another compatible shield?

Some of the information on iTeadStudio with reference to item number IM120417012, is still referencing the old SD6D1121 chip.. Whether the SD6D1121 works the same as ILI9325 I'm not
sure without looking at the datasheets but I have the new TFT shield (ILI9325) on order which will probably take a few weeks to deliver.. Also in any case it wouldn't be difficult to make your
own ILI9325 driver module and add it to the Firewing TFT Library..

or another compatible shield?

Have you checked out the Gameduino 2? that works great with the FT800 Library David as done.

The new release mounting the ILI9325, they sent me an email that confirms this.
I had written because the main page of IM120417012 card it comes to ILI9325 while in all documents are referred to the SD6D1121.
SD6D1121 for documentation and diagrams, ILI9325 in the site.

I can confirm that I have just received the 2.4" TFT shield from iTeadstudio IM120417012 and even though the website marked it down as a ILI9325D, I did remove the screen from the shield and the screen still has the controller SD6D1121 printed on the back.. And it works fine with the Firewing SD6D1121 TFT library, So I would guess the information on iTeadstudio is incorrect..

One thing I have noticed with the recent 2.4' shield from iTeadstudio is that the TFT screen (backlight) is quite dim compared to some that I got 6months ago.
A simple change of the resistor on the back of the shield sorted that out.
