Theme for new definition Interupt and timers

Furthermore, I had a theme that would implement the definition interuptu and timer as easily in Bascom AVR compiler, because it would be much easier than the current method.

If you have some sample code on improving interrupt handling in Firewing, please do post. I would be very happy to see it. Anything that improves the compiler is appreciated.

nice syntax bascomu lies in the fact that it contains unnecessary parenthesis
