Not that I will ever use this Lib myself, I want to say after looking through all the Libs for GLCD displays you posed, you deserve a very big thanks for your contributions.

Thank you for "the thanks and encouragement" ..
however, the various GLCD modules are a literal transposition from Swordfish libraries and we must all thank at many many developers:
David Barker, Steven Wright, Mark Rodgers, Eric Couratier, Ahmed Lazreg (octal) .. etc etc .. also beta testers of themselves like you and me .
And also to thank those who have developed the Firewing TFT driver (Gavin Wiggett aka Bitfogav, Simeon Kartalov .. etc etc) since then many have been able to use them in Swordfish with a simple "small refactory".
