I just posted in the wiki a project of self-made shield that mounts the WizNet ethernet module W550io..

Hello David,
now it would not hurt to have a nice native ethernet Firewing shield ;) because the module WIZNET actually, unless you use my out-side solution, takes a lot of vertical space .. W5500 chip costs only ten dollars and with an RJ45 socket with transformer the game is done .. that the night takes you advice :D .
